Organization

The Center is headed by a director who is responsible for the Center’s business. The director is appointed by the university president from among the full-time professors in related fields at the university and serves a term that aligns with the university president’s term.
The Center sets up two sections: the Data Section and the Research Section, each with one section leader and several research assistants. The Data Section is responsible for collecting, establishing, maintaining routine and real-time university data, and interfacing with cross-platform databases. The Research Section, on the other hand, is responsible for conducting research and analysis on various routine and real-time university-related information to provide a reference for university management and decision-making. The directors of the two sections are selected by the Center Director from among the full-time assistant professors or higher-level professors, or assistant research fellows or higher-level researchers at the university. They are recommended to the university president for appointment and serve a term that aligns with the Center Director’s term.
The Center invites administrators, academic unit heads, and relevant personnel from the university, as well as external experts or scholars, to serve as advisory committee members. In addition, the Center will appoint university faculty and staff with legal expertise as legal advisors.
The Center Director regularly convenes center meetings to discuss and establish center business matters.
